Modular adjustable rotary tool holder for Black and Decker RT650

Modular holder for rotary tool RT 650. It is possible to print various rail bases to fix the tool in different positions in your workbench without having to unscrew the whole thing every time.
The clearance between the mounting rail and the tool holder is 0.35mm for easy sliding.
I recommend to print the rail in the vertical position, in order to print the whole dove tail profile in every layer and avoid early failure of this part.
I have also added the FreeCad file of the whole assembly. The dimensions of the parts are all referenced to the tool holder sketches, so that any modification made to the holder gets automatically updated on the other parts.
I intend to design special application attatchments to the rotary tool that use the same rail system for fixation, in order to make everything interchangeable.

Suporte modular para micro-retífica RT 650. É possível imprimir vários trilhos para poder fixar o suporte em diversas posições sem precisar desparafusar e parafusar toda vez.
O encaixe entre o trilho e o suporte tem uma folga de 0,35mm para melhor deslizamento. Recomendo imprimir o trilho na vertical, para que todo o perfil de encaixe seja impresso em cada camada de impressão, o que evita falha precoce desse componente.
Também adicionei o arquivo FreeCad de toda a montagem. As dimensões das peças estão todas referenciadas às dos esboços do suporte da micro retífica, de modo que qualquer alteração no suporte já é atualizada nas demais peças.
Pretendo fazer outras ferramentas acopláveis à micro retífica por meio do mesmo sistema de trilhos, para que tudo fique intercambiável.
