Dual filter mask - remix from KinetiCAE

Used all the same settings of the original, Edited the mesh to include a second filter and narrowed the bed space required by a few. Otherwise, all credit goes to KinetiCAE.

edit: I've uploaded dual versions of the other sizes, as well as a low profile filter cover. It is about 30% thinner, but still rotates into place on the standard mask just fine.
