Description
I have always had a big head, and caps have barely fit. I have always had to use the very last snap.
I designed this to allow me to extend the snapback to fit my head comfortably, and allow the hats to no longer easily fly off my head on windy days.
Highly recommend using TPU. PLA works for a bit, but eventually the bending forces cause it to snap. I have not tried PETG or ABS though.
UPDATE: 1-16-2024 Added a Wide Body version
UPDATE: Feb. 26, 2024 Updated Models. Apparently the holes were too big.
