This design is part of my bigger project Custom built CR10
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4333962 and I decided to part of this project publish independently as it can help maybe someone other and this way is the main project more structured and transparent.
#####WHAT
Simple belt drive for the usual rail bed system used in CR10 S4 ( or S5). Motor bracket and belt tensioner. Not expanded over printer base frame.
#####WHY
It was needed for my project and the existing systems didn't fit my expectations.
It is more massive to be able in the future run bigger pulleys.
#####HOW
It is not a common one-screw belt tensioner but it is obvious from pictures. Already tested.
Tensioning process: slightly loose main M5 screw, tight two M4 screws, and tight main M5 screw again.
