FLSUN QQ-S Cable Clamp

Update (17/05/2020): Please note that I uploaded another elongated version (50 mm longer), which should be useful for those who have a shorter upper cable. You need only one of the two uploaded STL files here, depending on the length of your upper cable (the part above the plugs/connectors).

This ready-to-clip-on part is for holding the three vertical cables behind the up-right rod pairs in the FLSUN QQ-S series. These clamps keep the cables straight and thus prevent them from being hit by the up-down moving gear chassis producing noise.

Some other similar designs require the cable connectors (the black thing connecting the black/red cables in the picture) to be put inside the hole into the base but this arrangement has the potential risk for the connectors (together with its cable) to accidentally involve the motor system with belts which could be thus severely damaged. Those other designs also have an issue that the cables, though clamped, are still too close to the metal rods and may still produce (minor) noise.

The design here has two major advantages:

1. the connectors are held in a protected area outside the base so it won't interfere with the motor-belt system;
2. the clamp is designed that the cable is kept not only straight up-right but also with a largest possible distance from the belt/gear-chassis system.

This design went though several iterations (as you can see in one of the pictures) so its dimension should give you an effort-less setup and fits perfectly to your FLSUN QQ-S series. Enjoy it!
