Toilet Flapper American Standard

Needed a Toilet Flapper during lockdown 2020.
Couldn't make it to the Hardware store so I had to make one myself.
I used TPE 85A, 50% infill, 2 Outlines and 8 Top Solid layers to get a nice finish for the seal.
I turned off Retractions so that is why you see all the stringing. I burned off the stringing with a mini torch.

I used a 4mm piece of polycarbonate cut to the same size of my bed glass. I used 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP to stick it to the glass and sanded the polycarbonate with 220 grit to get the TPE to adhere to the bed.

I flip the bed over to the glass side when printing anything other than TPE or TPU.
