Snap On Filament Guide - Direct Drive - Ender 5

This is a remix of the "2020 Snap On Filament Guide" by keithcorcoran.

I changed the orientation of the guide and reduce the clip length to fit the top of an Ender 5. The goal of this was to guide the filament for direct drive extrusion when the filament must enter the extruder from the top of the printer but the spool is either on top or on the side. I also added some slots for zip ties. to make sure the guide won't move.
