GoPro Adapter for Bike Handlebar

Adapter to use GoPro-compatible mounts with bicycle handlebar. It is designed to allow arbitrary angle rotation for non-straight handlebars.

Everything is tightened with a single screw and nut.

Currently, bracket matches 25..30mm handlebar diameter. You can customize for your handlebar size, as there is a Fusion360 source file in the package.

Assembly

Spare parts required:

• 2x M5 nut
• 1x M5x50 bolt

Insert the bolt into Pivot part and fix it with PivotCap part. Put the nuts into corresponding places: on top of the Pivot part (for GoPro screw) and into NutHandle part, then, optionally fix it inside NutHandle with NutHandleCap part.

I would recommend using rubber gaskets (I've used old bicycle tire tube pieces) in order to prevent sliding: one between handlebar and bracket, and second between Pivot and FlatGasket parts.
