Ender 3 Z-Axis Threaded Knob - "just right"

I've looked at (and tried) other Z-Axis knobs on Thingiverse, but I wanted a couple of specific features: (1) threaded properly for the z-rod rather than just push on so it could actually be used to turn the rod and raise/lower the extruder head; (2) easily obvious visually when it is turning; and (3) knurled, but not so much that it might catch the filament and start wrapping it around the z-rod (yes, it's happened to me more than once). This knob does all that.
