Still rocking the old and small ACM pedals? Print this then! its longer and wider, perfect for a comfy ride.
Material? - PLA plastic works well
Designed perfectly for the screw holes. Template provided by Gotway.
The plate is designed with rills for strength. Underside have two ramps that act as clamps,
they make contact with the pedal and transfer any "bending forces" into stretch and compression. You can stand on the front tips and jump with no issues.
You need to use longer than default screws, also, Make sure you print the plastic with proper heat for proper bonding of the layers.
PLA i reccomend 205 celcius, no fan"
