MDD Creality Upgraded Extruder Spacer

This is a spacer for the PrinterMods Modular Direct Drive (MDD) upgrade kit for the Ender 3/5, and CR-10 (https://printermods.com/products/direct-drive-mod-for-creality-ender-3-cr-10). The spacer provided on the PrinterMods MDD website didn't fit the "Creality New (non-geared)" metal extruder. The spacing of the bolt holes and the width of the notch were incorrect so it would not fit.

I have redesigned the spacer to fit the Creality metal extruder that I have.

UPDATE 2 July 2020

Based on some feedback, I have uploaded a version (2.3) that eliminates the need for an additional hot-end spacer. The holes have also been enlarged slightly so less drilling is necessary.
