Description
V2 now uploaded, only difference is the main body part where the bolt goes through has had the cavities removed to increase strength in that area as it had failed after over 2 years.
This is a remix of the T500 Clamp https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2495119 by sechuan
Holes have been clearanced to fit T300RS feet (hole is 5mm and feet mount 6mm).
Also part has support veins to mimic original design but much thicker, this will ensure much better support without a lot of infill.
You don't have to swap the metal washer from original mount. Find a washer of same inner and outer diameter, place it in the hole and as you tighten the clamp down the bolt's profile will automatically create the curve. May takes a few goes before it's where it needs to be. With a vice and some bolts / washers this is a 5 second job. Glue the washer in place.
When inserting pins for the feet get them until they are flush with the part and don't worry that they do not penetrate to the other side, the mount is thicker for extra strength and they penetrate internally just fine but could use bolt and nut instead. Range of feet movement is shown in the pic for reference.
Print in orientation shown for maximum strength. Part is a lot heavier and stronger than original OEM part.
Some areas are maybe a little rough as I didn't want to spend a lot of time perfecting it but all the important parts are there, the rough parts are really minor though.
