Description
This is USB powerbank made of Makita 18V battery. Compare to Makita made one, this has all the Quick Charge capabilities (not just 5V/1A) and is a bit cheaper - but that was not the point here.
You need QuickCharge, double port board for 12-24V and Makita battery insert.
The USB board can be bought on Aliexpress for 2,6USD (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000001793805.html).
It has output power up to 24W (5V/3.4A, 9V/2.5A, 12V/2A, etc.) and
· Support DCP protocol, BC1.2, Apple, Samsung protocol
· Support Huawei Fast Charge Protocol FCP/SCP
· Support Huawei Fast Charge Protocol AFC
· Support Spreadtrum Fast Charge Protocol SFCP
· Support Qualcomm QC2.0 and 3.0
· Support MTK PE1.1/PE2.0
Makita battery insert, you can also buy on Ali - but it's ridiculously expensive there (it's just plastic with three metal inserts) like 9-11USD. I bought mine for less then 2EUR as a spare part (643852-2) for Makita drill - original product.
I've create mine own Makita battery holder model (there is quite a few already here on thingiverse) - because some of them where too lose for my taste, some where to rough after print, and I wanted it for future use with other projects.
Anyway - I've prepared screw holes in battery holder, but they are not to be used for powerbank - just glue those two parts together.
Battery holder (perhaps not the best name ;) ) - requires supports for printing.
