Dirt Devil DS8 Turbo Container Hook for PLA

I tried the "Dirt Devil VS8 Turbo Container Hook" by mockfrog, which is great, but using my PLA material, the hook keep breaking as the original did.
So I redesigned it with Freecad in a way that match with PLA stiffness and strength.

v2 = reworking mockfrog design mostly to avoid breaking, playing with the two arms stiffness
v3 = ajusting general shape to reduce material needing support for printing
