Free flow mask

Some complain that they can't wear a mask because masks restrict their breathing. Others want to be able to protect themselves while exercising. In light of this, I've designed a mask to protect people from COVID-19 while being filter-free. It should feel like normal breathing, when breathing through the mask. Admittedly, the main portion of the mask was inspired by another printed mask I've seen (no idea who designed that one), but all parts were designed by me.

The mask functions through a series of tubes which wrap around. The tubes act to physically prevent droplets from escaping. Further, there is a slight constriction in the center region of the tubes. Using the Venturi effect, the air you breathe speeds up in the constricted region of the tubes, causing droplets containing the virus to collide with the walls. This is expected to prevent the virus from reaching either you or anyone else.

This is mostly complete but that doesn't mean that it can't be improved. And, though the principles are sound, no mask is perfect. This mask can be printed using the material of your choice (ABS, PLA, PETG, etc.), and worked fine at about a 25% fill. Further, I've had no problem sizing it down to about 80-85% for a kids version of the mask.
