Description
My pleatings adhesive plate broke (see picture of the original part) and I would have had to buy 4 new plates with double sided adhesive tape for around 20€.
But why buy those expensive plates when you can print them yourself? However you still need some good double sided adhesive tape. I used "3M VHB 4910" (transparent) tape, which costs around 10€, but you have 3m of tape (so lot's of plates that you can replace :-)), 19mm wide.
I also designed the plates to be 19mm wide, so you only need to cut the length of the adhesive tape.
Your window frame needs to have a depth of at least 19mm.
UPDATE: I have also added a 13.1mm version (original dimensions)
Insert the square nut of the original part in the square hole.
No supports are needed, but I had to add an additional layer as bridge below the screw hole, in order to be printable. You can easily break through it with the screw.
