Screw mountable wire holder and screwdriver holder (OpenSCAD)

This allows you to mount banana clips and other wires to the wall. I'm using it to mount to a tslot rail.

latest rail mount openscad models are now maintained at https://github.com/mofosyne/openscad-rail-slot-mounts instead. Contributions welcomed.

Also included a version (that is mostly just settings changes) for the screwdriver holder.
