thing details are for a - pipeline protector that goes under bop to ocean floor then 200 feet down beside pipe.
what it can prevent is circular rotary attachments that dismantle portions of the pipeline with ability to make them unfixable. could be powered by peltier converters or pressure from the holes in exposed pipe.
also another thing to watchout for is if the pipe dope is tampered with.
