Just some of the things I have been working on lately.
My 6 year old I3 Pro C was shutting down with 'Thermal Runaway' errors. Found some intermittent connections on the board interconnect (I see they have upgraded the connectors since then). This helped? but i was still getting the error.
Finally I found that the cooling fan system that I was successfully using these years was miss-aligned with the nozzle causing the heat block to cool down too much.
So I designed this to get closer to the nozzle and be adjustable in height, in case nozzle or extruder change.
Only the right side is here. To print the left side - I just Mirrored the file in Slic3r.
