Description

Notes
The housing does not have holes for the data cable and IR-port.
The housing has a cut-out for the earpiece but has no earpiece cover part (may add in the future).
The model is optimized for the 0.25mm layer height.
You may need to play the XY tolerances/scales for the buttons in your slicer settings despite the models already have some tolerance in there.

Print parts

  • Front part - 1 piece
  • Back part - 1 piece
  • Small key button - 8 pieces
  • Big key buttons - 12 pieces
  • Volume buttons - 2 pieces
  • Power button - 1 piece (it has a slightly longer leg compared to the volume ones)

Other parts needed

  • M2/6mm screws - 6 pieces
  • Hot-mount nuts M2/3mm - 6 pieces

Assembly Instructions

  • Drill 4mm holes on the back part from the outer side, depth approx 6 mm
  • Drill 3mm holes on the front part from inside, depth approx 4mm
  • Embed 6 nuts into the front part with the iron
  • Put keyboard button pieces into the front part (8 small, 12 big ones)
  • Set the phone body into the front part
  • Cover it with the back part starting from the bottom
  • Tight 6 screws
