15 Series Panel Mount

This allows you to mount various thickness of wooden/plastic panels to 15 series aluminum extrusion. This is a part of my bus build series but can be used for all sorts of projects

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS. Files included are examples using the wood I have on-site. Your values will likely be different.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You'll need 15 series hardware, particularly a wood screw, 3/4th inch 5/16th bolt and matching drop in t-nut.

2. PRE-MEASURE THE THICKNESS OF YOUR WOOD. All wood is different, you'll want to use a digital caliper to insure the final result is flush to the extrusion. Adjust those values in the 3D files provided using SketchUp or another CAD program of your preference.

3. Print and assemble.
