Summary

The Hero Me Gen 5 moves the hot end out 9mm from the carriage. I simply added 9mm to the base where it connects to the carriage. I also added a hole so you can get an Allen wrench in to adjust the tension spring.

I've thought about extending the base back and putting in a clip over the back of the carriage, but so far it seems pretty stable.

Also, I wouldn't recommend printing in the orientation I show unless your support settings are dialed in. The bottom where the supports interfaced was a right mess.
