Vallejo Paint Shaker/Mixer for Drill

I really liked the mixer by schleprocker. But i wanted to improve its design for safety. I was not a fan of plastic on plastic friction.

My design utilizes a common 608 bearing. This ensures smooth rotation without introducing friction and heat. This design mixes paint without introducing air bubbles.

• The "crank" has a 10mm drill shank.There are two versions. Normal rounded end and a second version with flat sides.
  ***The one with flat sides is only for those drills with weird shucks, where the inside has fully flat faces. This will ensure more surface contact area when tightening.

• Paint adapter accepts a 608 bearing at the bottom. Bearing has a 0.2mm clearance and depending on your machine's tolerances it may be a tight fit (That's what you want, the bearing should not fall with gravity)

• Paint adapter 17 is for 17ml Vallejo bottles. (26mm internal Dia)

• Paint adapter 60 is for 60ml Vallejo bottles. (36mm internal Dia) (will also fit Apple Barrel bottles)

Use:

• attach crank to your drill tight enough not to brake it.
• (bearing should already be pressed into adapter)
• put adapter into crank
• put bottle into adapter
• hold the bottle and adapter with one hand (It will not spin)
• turn drill on

** The bottle and adapter will vibrate, but SHOULD NOT be spinning on its axis.
