Summary

Remix of popular BLTouch mount for Creality CR10(S) (should work for Ender too), changes:

moved assembly 3mm to the left, so there is easy access to the screw at the back of the BLTouch so you don't have to take it off before you can remove the cooling casing
moved the BLTouch down by 1.5mm this worked better for me (depends on length of the used nozzles perhaps).
designed to be able to print on the side so no supports are required (I enlarged the diagonal brace to give it more print bed contact)
