PVC Drum Agitator for Harbor Freight Dual Drum Rock Tumbler - Remix for smaller drum

Remix of ian99rt's agitator tube design for 9" Harbor Freight rock tumbler to convert to more efficient and replaceable PVC drum usage on a single drum harbor freight tumbler (~4.75" length). Minor tweaks such as reducing the agitator rings to only two were necessary and rotating the second group 90 degrees further reduced strain on the motor resulting in more consistent rotation. Printed in PLA+ only because I was out of PETG but after running for a week the PLA seems to hold up incredibly well. Base print is adjusted to ~3" which is just longer than required PVC tube cutting (4.66") needed allows once the plug is glued in and taking into account the depth of the temp locking endcap piece leaving a slight lip on the temp locking endcap that isn't touching that disappears once tightened down which effectively locks the agitator in place without having to glue it in allowing for easy removal and cleaning (or changing out to a superior filament later if desired).

Since I turned mine on it's side to print vertically I used supports which removed easily except in the cutouts. The brim was no longer really necessary though.
