I use it to water the plants on balcony - especially during vacation.

It's designed for pipes of 4mm internal diameter.
After printing a small hole (1,5mm) must be drilled into the front plane. Between frontplane and pipe connector an additional wall with a hole is placed in order to reduce the water pressure and flow. The drilling needs only 2-3 mm deep so the internal wall is not touched.
With the drill diameter you can adjust the water flow.
