Dominant Species Insert Remix

tvkili's wanderlust holders were a super tight fight on my tiles so I remixed them and shrunk the sides. This led me to also deciding to remix the rest of the pieces I hadn't printed yet so they'd print faster and use less material.

The holder is pretty minimal and no longer holds the turn order tokens, they go into the player trays.
The wanderlust holders are slightly larger with thinner sides and a cut out on the base.
The tundra holder has thinner sides and a cut out on the base.
The player trays have thinner sides.
The card holder is unchanged.
