Alfa Romeo 159 Battery Box Cover Final

This the fifth draft of this design to replace the battery power terminal box cover. As the guy next door has just purchased the Alfa Romeo 159 and it come without this cover.

Did a draft print and found some sizing difference, and now changed will be doing the next draft print and will post if it worked or not.

I finally had the chance to test it on my neighbor Alfa 159 and just about there, just need to make 2 small changers where the fuses at the back of the box the lid is just a little small and the sides all around the cover are little to thin. Where I had them at 2mm I now made them 3mm thick. And the fuse on a wire at the front of the box needed to change as I placed it in the wrong wire feeding in the wrong place. Will be testing next week and I will post photos of the finished print fixed to the car.

Note there are no clips to hold it in place but a pressure fit from the front and back to hold it in place.

V6 is the last version tested and fits photo been added and files have been updated. 5 Feb 2021
