Cable tie base for V slot extrusion - plus installation tool

I wanted a suite of tie bases for my A8 Plus upgrade project (see my blog below). The design by mchathusha was precisely what I had in mind to design. However, as it was already available, I used this one.

I have made a few changes:

• I made it a slightly less snug fit
• I made the cable tie channel a little larger to make that an easier fit
• I designed an installation tool to avoid using metal pliers on a plastic part. It's now possible to simply push the base into the slot, slot the tool over the top and turn 90 degrees anti clockwise to lock it into position.

It's a fantastically simple and effective design (for which I take none of the credit, of course).
