This is a small and compact enclosure for DPS3003/5 series of power supply modules.
Main features of this PSU are:
- Single part 3D printed case (No supports needed).
- XT60 and 4mm banana regulated power outputs.
- DC5525, XT60, USB Type C PD and micro USB QC power inputs.
- USB PD can supply PSU with 20V. You can use your PD supported laptop charger or power bank.
- QC can supply devices with 12V. You can use your QC supported phone charger or power bank. Those chargers are generic and can be bought for a few $.
- Pocket sized.
NOTE: .step and Fusion360 project files are included so you can easily mod out holes/connectors you don't need.
To build this PSU you will need:
- 3D printed enclosure.
- 2 x 3D printed holder for QC and PD modules with 2 x M3 threaded inserts and 6mm DIN965/DIN7991 screws.
- DPS3003/5 power supply module.
- 2 x PDC004 USB power delivery trigger module.
- 2 x Custom QC ATtiny85 QC trigger module (Check files attached).
- 2 x XT60E panel mount connectors + 4 x M2.5x8mm DIN965/DIN7991 screws.
- DC5525 panel mount socket. Example
- 2 x 4mm banana lab power supply sockets. Example
- 4 x Rubber feet. Example from 3M.
- Some 0.5mm2 / 20awg or thicker wire.
- OPTIONAL: Some Schottky/Rectifying diodes if you want multiple power inputs plugged in at the same time. Anodes to each power input and cathodes tied together to DPS module power inputs.
