Strap Buckle For Tie Down Rail

Made this in addition to the fiamma cargo strap system that I first wanted to mount vertical. But for my chairs, that I could not mount upright, the straps were to short. So I decided to make this buckles and use the fiamma rails parallel to the aluminium rails in my carado camper van.

Now everything fits and is tight.
