Estes PNC-60AH Nose Cone

This is a 3D model of the Estes PNC-60AH nose cone that is designed to fit Estes BT-60 airframe tubing.

There are five versions with one being the original and the rest being upscales to BT-80, 3.0 inch (76mm) LOC/Precision tubing, 4.0 inch (101.6mm) LOC/Precision tubing, and 5.38 inch (136.65mm) LOC/Precision tubing.

The original stands, with shoulder, about 8.25" (210mm) high. Wall thickness: 1.5mm
Height for the BT-80 upscale is about 13.78 inches (350.0mm). Wall thickness: 2.5mm
Height for the 3 inch upscale is about 16.42 inches (417.0mm). Wall thickness: 3.0mm
Height for the 4 inch upscale is about 21.26 inches(540.0mm). Wall thickness: 3.5mm
Height for the 5.38 inch upscale is about 29.13 inches (740mm). Wall thickness: 4.0mm

The second file is the end cap. There is hole for the placement of a screw eye or eyebolt.
The third file is a the cone itself in case you want to add your own custom shoulder.

Almost all of the upscales have files that have been split up in to two or more pieces so they can be printed on smaller printers such as the Creality Ender 3 which has a max Z height of 220mm.

The 5.38 inch LOC/Precision tubing upscale is divided into three pieces that are about 250mm in height or a little less.
