Description

Long clamp (1 meter or more) uses a 25mm 1.5mm thick tube, you can make them even 2 meters if you need, print the pieces as they are placed and on some activate the supports for the bed, 50% filling i I used petg and they are very sturdy, there is also a template that is used to make the holes all in axis, very useful combined with an indispensable column drill, you need two M5 35 mm Allen screws with two M4 nuts to lock the part of the screw, before mounting it on the bar insert the M12 nut, to mount it on the bar I recommend the two-component glue, then when it is dry drill to pass the screws, then you need a piece of threaded bar M12 with a normal nut, one blind and a washer, at the end of the bar put a nut and drill it by inserting a pin so that it remains blocked, between the nut that pushes and the press of the moving part insert an M10 washer to absorb the friction, some grease is useful, then you need a 40mm M6 screw to lock the back, I made the first hole along the bar 50 mm from the end, the next every 70 mm.
