LED and Cooling Fan Mount for Wanhao Duplicator i3

This mod uses a 40 mm fan and a 12 V (60 LEDs/m) LED-Strip (50 mm length). The LED Strip is in parallel to the heatbreak cooling fan (always on fan).

The front cooling fan can be assisted by various designs, that use blower fans from the back, to get a more consistent cooling from every direction.

Using this cooling setup, you get multiple benefits:

• the nozzle stays visible and is illuminated
• strong and even cooling from every direction
• easy access to the nozzle from the sides using pliers to clean it during printing if needed
