Coin slot is located at the rear at the top of the 'O' (to keep it looking clean on top) and is angled into the internal coin dish (for ease of use). Additional light-box only STL if you don't want the option of it accepting coins.
Just use a battery-operated remote-controlled lighting unit (like the one in my pictures) to complete. Links to cheap discounted ones below (Amazon Affilliate shortened links) if required (you get two with each of these purchases and I use them myself).

If you are not comfortable using the links above, just look on your favourite sites for remote controlled fairy lights 5 metres long with 50 LEDS.
I used these self-adhesive magnetic strips to locate the battery-pack into the back of the box (for easy taking in and out when batteries need replacing).
