Feiyue FY03 / WLToys 12428 TRUE Beadlock Wheel

After a day or two at the beach with my FY03, my tires were quite full of sand, so they were unbalanced and made the car vibrate strongly. When I decided to disassembly the press-fit beadlocks, some of the plastic insertions broke.

So I made a new ones this time with real screws to attach the locking rings! This are compatible with the regular size (stock tires with 32x20x55 R96 inscription) and the ones of some upgrade kits (38x22x38 R50). I don't know if they will fit on the extra width tires that are also in the market.

You will need 12 M2x8 DIN912 screws to mount the rings of each wheel (48 screws in total).

The spoke design is different from the original one, and the fake wheel hub nuts are bigger than the ones in the original wheel (I think they look better).

In order to print them with good results I had to generate a 1.5 - 2mm rectangular support, so... it is a pain in the a** to remove, but it is worth the extra work. The ones in the pictures are printed with a 0.1mm layer height and 1.2mm perimeters.
