I'm very proud of my first Jack O'Lantern with snap on faces (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2590046) but I always felt like there were things that could be improved upon.
Improvements in this version:
* More natural/realistic looking shape
* Faster print times
* Uses less filament
* Thinner walls show off the designs better
* Thinner walls allow it to glow with an LED tea light in it.
Challenges with this version:
* Because the faces aren't solid some support will be needed for most designs. For the faces I have loaded, I have included models with minimal break away support and models to let you do your own support.
* Creating your own designs may take more effort if you go the extra mile to include support.
Just like last time, I'm uploading a plain face so you can edit it and make your own designs. See Fusion 360 Tutorial below!!!
I know this is a lot of files but I'm liking 3MF files more and more and I wanted to give people the option between STL and 3MF and the option of having build in support or not.
NOTE: I'll update this later with some tips on making minimal supports for it.
