Suction for routing table with template / Absaugung für Frästisch mit Schablone

Ich habe hier eine Absaugstutzen für einen Frästisch gezeichnet. Der Stutzen hat eine Öffnung von 40x100mm und ist für einen Saugeranschluss mit 36mm.
Dieser kann mit der Schablone und einem Bündigfräser perfekt eingepasst werden und muss nicht verklebt werden.
Die Schablone wurde mit 20% Infill gedruckt und wird mit 4 Schrauben auf das zu bearbeitende Brett geschraubt.
Der Stutzen ist ein Remix aus https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571860 und wurde leicht konisch gemacht, so das er straff auf die meisten Staubsaugerdüsen, mit 36mm Düse, passen sollte. Ich verwende einen AquaVac Boxter 20 S

Here I have drawn a suction socket for a routing table. The socket has an opening of 40x100mm and is for a suction connection with 36mm.
It can be fitted perfectly with the template and a flush milling cutter and does not need to be glued.
The template was printed with 20% infill and is screwed to the board to be worked on with 4 screws.
The nozzle is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571860 and was made slightly conical so that it should fit tightly on most vacuum cleaner nozzles, with 36mm nozzle. I use an AquaVac Boxter 20 S
