Hexagon-Shelf - Regal

Für meine 3D Drucke wollte ich ein Regal haben. So habe ich mir Teile für ein Hex-Regal konstruiert. Die Teile dazwischen sind aus 4mm dickem Pappel Sperrholz. Die Sperrholz-Platten sind ca. 420x600x4mm. Zuschnittsdaten als DXF habe ich beigefügt.
Damit das Regal später erweitert werdne kann, wollte ich keinen Kleber verwenden. So habe ich in den Eckteilen, und ich dem Sperrholz, 2mm Löcher vorgesehen. Durch diese Löcher habe ich bei Zusammenbau ein Stück Filament durchgesteckt. Ich habe ca. 5mm herausragen lassen und mit einem Brenner kurz erhitzt. Dann habe ich mit dem Finger, VORSICHT: kann heiß werden!, das Filament flach gedrückt. Gleiches auf der Anderen Seite. So ist eine starke Verbindung entspanden und bei Bedarf kann der "Filament-Niet" wieder entfernt werden - mit einem spitzen Seitenschneider eine Seite abkneifen.
Einige Teile besitzen eine dünne Fläche mit einem 3mm großen Loch. Dies war gedacht um das Regal an der Wand zu befestigen. Da mein Regal doch relativ leicht geblieben ist, habe ich es nicht angeschraubt, sondern nur oben mit 2 Drähten an Haken gehängt.
Für das Regal in den Fotos habe ich fast eine 1kg Rolle Filament verbraucht, hat einige Tage gedauert zu drucken. Ebenso 4 der Sperrholzplatten.

I wanted a shelf for my 3D prints. This is how I constructed parts for a hex shelf. The parts in between are made of 4mm thick poplar plywood. The plywood panels are approx. 420x600x4mm. I have included cutting data as DXF.
So that the shelf can be extended later, I didn't want to use glue. So I provided 2mm holes in the corner pieces and in the plywood. I put a piece of filament through these holes during assembly. I let about 5mm protrude and briefly heated it with a burner. Then I pressed the filament flat with my finger, CAUTION: it can get hot! Same thing on the other side. In this way a strong connection is relaxed and the "filament rivet" can be removed again if necessary - pinch off one side with a pointed side cutter.
Some parts have a thin surface with a 3mm hole. This was intended to attach the shelf to the wall. Since my shelf has remained relatively light, I did not screw it on, but only hung it on hooks at the top with 2 wires.
For the shelf in the photos I used almost a 1kg roll of filament, it took a few days to print. Likewise 4 of the plywood panels.
