Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus flex3drive flexible bowden remote motor Effector upgrade E3D V6 (Volcano too) and 5015 blower

This is another project in my family of the effectors for AKLP (not only).

I am using original worm and wheel gears plus flexible shaft with sleeve from Flex3drive.

I am using also 32 mm long shaft 5 mm h9 (h11) with cut slot on it for gear wheel.
I tap M3 thread to wheel to secure it on shaft so torque translation is far better nad without any play.
There are needed som M3 screws various length from 10 mm to 40 mm.
Also 4x ball bearing MR95 (5x9x3 mm) both side closed

Extruder motor I use the ofiginal stock. with stock sheet metal holder.
Spring for bontech door tensioner I use from the pen.
This is still under the test

you need to set 2800 steps per mm for the first iteration and then make calibration of extruder for sure.
