Description

I love marble runs. I found a really nice set of adapters for Q-Ba-Maze 2.0 to a different marble run set (by user mleotta), and I created this to fit with those adapters (I don't have the other marble run set). Then I started adding more things. I looked at other marble run sets here but didn't find any that seem to work together, although there are some really cool stunts. I'm gradually building up the stunt collection. Files are updated on Github more frequently than here at https://github.com/hgroover/papergeek-designs/tree/master/toys

These are all meant to work with the 11.125mm (7/16") marbles used by Q-Ba-Maze 2.0. If you need to get marbles, just search for 7/16 inch bearings on Amazon.

The whirlpool is the only real "stunt" piece here. There are two drop connectors and also a set of PVC adapters to work with US 0.75" PVC pipe (I recommend the thinner variety, used for low-pressure applications, as it's less heavy). (Updated 08-Oct-2020: added supports for bowl; dangling spaghetti was occasionally getting pulled up on top and knocking over the print)

Straight pieces come in a variety of sizes, mostly in multiples of 60mm (or adding up to 60mm).

The bowl traps are simply bowls that sit at the bottom and trap marbles so you don't have to lift up anything or go chasing them across the floor.

The funnel is simply a convenience for dropping marbles into the start.

The brick adapters allow you to use a Lego or other brick construction set to build tower supports, as these creations can get tall.
