Coronavirus Model Remastered

This one is a complete remake of the original, almost everything was kept as close to the original except for the locations the protein spikes are placed. The issue I had with the original was that there was a very obvious pattern in a attempt to make the arms evenly distributed. In this one, a Matlab code was used to optimize the locations of the arms so that they are as evenly distributed as possible. This way there are no patterns and the virus is even more accurate than it was before.
