Hi,
This is my remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4369859 to make it fit the Anycubic Mega Zero 1.0.
I have adjusted the two mounting holes to the correct position and adjusted the two outlets so that they blow air down onto the parts instead of towards the nozzle.
Because I onyl have PLA filament, I've printed it in PLA and it fits nicely, but it does sit close to the heater block and I'm not sure what it will do in the long run. I advise to use PETG or ABS.
For now I have gone back to the stock hood and am using this fan duct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4620462.
If anyone has need for the STEP file to do remixes just send me a message.
Update 28-07-2022 => Added STEP file " MZ_Hood & Cable cap_Rev03_for 5015 fan.STEP" .
**Update 18-10-2020 => Rev02: Made the internal area larger and increased the gap between the outlets larger so that a silicone sock can fit. Also changed the tunnel that directs the air towards the radiator/ heater. As can be seen in the photos it is pointing a bit too high in Rev01. The E3 hotend sits higher than the MZ hotend. I have changed the angle of the direction, see pics of Rev02.
**Update 19-10-2020 => Rev03: Removed problematic areas for printing of Rev02 as indicated by Invader (see comments).
**Update 21-10-2020 => Rev03 for 5015 fan: Remixed if for 5015 fan as requested in the comments section. Note that I've had to make a curved seperator to make the aiflow from the 5015 fan to be split in two.
**Update 23-10-2020 =>Rev03 for 5020 fan: Remixed it for 5020 fan as requested by PowerPein in the Mega Zero group: https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/anycubic-mega-zero/forums/general/topic:48271#comment-4960938. Note that the side is made larger for the 20mm thickness of the fan and the slot for the 5020 outlet is larger.
