Description
Lens insert to expand Quest 2 IPD by around 1mm (from 68 to 69mm). This works by gently pushing the Quest 2 eyecups slightly apart past IPD setting 3. The OS recognizes the increase in IPD and increases the stereo separation also by around 1mm.
As a bonus, the insert also acts as a protective ring to stop the headset lenses from getting scratched.
Even though we tested the insert with our headset without issues, by using this extender you are doing so at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for damages caused by the insert.

You need to gently push apart the eyecups and clip on the insert. See the photos for a step by step guide.
If you feel like you are applying too much force and might break the eyecup, STOP! Your printer might be out of calibration. See the printing guide.
Adjust the eyecups to be between two settings:
Then snap on the insert to lock in the IPD setting.
No need for raft or support. Can be printed on both PLA or PETG. If your printer is not calibrated, you may need to increase / decrease the model size by +/- 1% to 2%.
