Description
This is my version of the X-Belt tensioner for the Anet A8. Other versions use thin M3 screws or complete PLA-M8 screws to increase the tension, that was too shaky for me.
I still rely on the M3 variant, but with 8mm sleeves for more contact to the surface and tilt-proof run in the guide.
Furthermore, my design allows the use of 20 toothed belt wheels with 3mm bore (5mm guide will follow soon). 2 washers hold the inner part of the bearing securely so that no center screw is "sawed" any more.
