Description
My kid has grown to love Gundam Model kit. on his birthday he received 2 SD Gundam kit as gifts. He quickly assembled it and cannot wait to bring it out to play with his cousin. When the model is fully completed, we realised it is very hard to bring it out as it’s quite delicate and he had to use the big box that came the model kit to carry the Gundam.
After a day out with his cousin, he came home with an idea to make a carrying case for his RX78 Gundam.
This was a great opportunity for a STEM moment. We turned to the drawing board to see what he had in mind and got down the basic requirements. He said “A box that can carry Gundam and all its weapons. It also need to look cool!” Together we sat in front of the computer to draw out the design together using Autodesk Fusion 360.
