Case for LCR T4 meter with battery switch

Thanks for the design.
I did some small changes:

• I added a switch for the battery, because I does not like when unused devices are powered, even with power saving mode. I will use the tester very seldom, but when, then the battery will be empty for sure in exact this moment.
• Additionally the pcb was a bit more width than the original and the positions of the pcb parts different a small bit.

By the way the OpenSCAD file was very helpful for me to get familiar with the openSCAD language.
