3 in 1 out Hotend Conversion, Anycubic Linear Plus Kossel Printer

A ducted frame/shroud for installing a Bigtreetech 3 in 1 out hotend on an Anycubic Linear Plus Kossel 3D printer. Other similar hotends of brands such as NF, TWC, HE3D and models THC-01 would likely fit but I have not tested them. This frame is installed in place of the metal piece that holds the factory hotend, and uses the original 40mm fan and 40mm blower. The blower is located in the original position allowing the factory air blower duct to be used.

The bottom two aluminum fins of the 3 in 1 out hotend must be modified in order to fit through the round opening in the aluminum effector plate. The lowest fin was reduced to 22mm OD and the second-to-lowest fin was reduced to 25mm OD.

Fasteners needed:
6 M3x12mm socket head cap screws
4 M3x20mm socket head cap screws
8 M3 nuts

Before installing, test-fit all fasteners. The M3 nuts should snap into the corresponding recesses, especially the 4 around the base. If they do not seat fully, clean out the support material from the recess with a pick and flat-blade jewelers' screwdriver.

Use 4 M3x20 screws and nuts to attach the frame to the effector plate.
Use 4 M3x12 screws and nuts to attach the 40mm fan to the frame.
If the heater block is aligned properly, the modified hotend assembly with heater block can be lowered into position from the top.
Use 2 M3x12 screws to attach the hotend to the frame.
Use the 4 small (M2?) factory screws to attach the 40mm blower to the frame.
