Thin tablet stand for horizontal(landscape) placement of 10-inch tablets

10インチタブレットを横置きするための薄いタブレットスタンド

10インチタブレットを家の外に持ち出して机上で使うためにタブレットスタンドも一緒に持ち歩くのは煩わしく感じます。そこでタブレットに張り付けられる薄型のスタンドを作成しました。

【組み立て】
4つのパーツを印刷し、内側の窪みに磁石と鉄板を貼り付けます。
パーツの出っ張りが内側になるように組み合わせます。

私はパーツのボディ1には滑り止めのためにゴムを貼り付けました。これは必ずしも必要というわけではないと思います。
ボディ4を両面テープでタブレットに張り付けます。私はTPU製のソフトカバーに張り付けました。

【磁石】
不要となったタブレットケースを分解したところφ15の薄型磁石が手に入りましたのでそれを流用しました。
【鉄板】
100均のコードフックのベロを切り取って、保護テープ類をはがして使用しました。
【両面テープ】
一般的な両面テープはベース素材を粘着層で挟む構造になっていますが、ソフトな素材や表面が平らでない物に接着する場合には強度不足です。私はベース素材も粘着層になっているテープを使用しました。
【強度についての注意点】
薄く作ることを念頭に置いたため、強い力を掛けると破損すると思います。スタンドを持ってタブレットを吊り下げるなどしない方が良いと思います。

Fusion360のファイルをアップロードしたので修正してご利用ください。パーツの長さを変更する場合は各パーツにおける軸間距離の比が1:1:0.5:1.5である必要があります。

I find it annoying to always carry a tablet stand with me to take my 10-inch tablet out of the house and use it on the table. So I created a thin stand that can be attached to a tablet.

[assembly]
Print the four parts and attach the magnet and iron plate to the inner dents.
Combine so that the bulge of the parts is on the inside.
I put rubber on the body1 to prevent slipping. I don't think this is absolutely necessary.
Attach body4 to the tablet with double-sided tape. I stuck it on a soft cover made of TPU.

[magnet]
When I disassembled the tablet case that was no longer needed, I got a thin magnet of φ15, so I used it.
[Iron plate]
I cut off the tongue of the cord hook of the one coin shop, peeled off the protective tapes, and used it.
[Double-sided tape]
General double-sided tape has a structure in which the base material is sandwiched between adhesive layers, but the strength is insufficient when adhering to soft materials or objects with uneven surfaces. I used a tape whose base material is also an adhesive layer.
[Precautions about strength]
Since I kept in mind to make it thin, I think that it will be damaged if strong force is applied. I think it is better not to hold the stand and hang the tablet.

I uploaded the file of Fusion 360, so please modify it. When changing the length of parts, the ratio of the distance between axes in each part must be 1:1:0.5:1.5.
