PWM pulse generator case - Full pinout version

This a remix of the work done by remcoder to have all the required slots for pins available.

I've just created new holes for the additional pins of V+, V- and UART pinout.

As remcoder suggests, use M2x8 to attach the cover to the box. Thank you for your great work!
